Robotic & Minimally Invasive Surgery
Advanced robotic & minimally invasive surgery
Dr. Campbell has advanced fellowship training in robotic-assisted and minimally invasive surgical techniques. These approaches allow many complex operations to be performed through smaller incisions, potentially resulting in less postoperative discomfort, shorter hospital stays, and faster recovery.
His expertise includes robotic and laparoscopic procedures involving the gastrointestinal tract, abdominal wall, hernias, and other abdominal conditions, such as:
- Inguinal, ventral, incisional and complex hernia repair
- Hiatal and paraesophageal hernia repair and anti-reflux surgery
- Colon resection for colon cancer and diverticulitis
- Bariatric surgery
At your consultation, Dr. Campbell will review your imaging and history and discuss whether a robotic, laparoscopic, or open approach is best for you.
